  • 1 tomato,minced
  • 4 ounces bacon,diced ,fried lightly
  • 8 ounces italian cheese mix,shredded
  • Breading:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup italian bread crumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Use cubed tenderized steaks pound out thinner

  • Step 2: Season to taste

  • Step 3: Divide the filling between the 4 pieces

  • Step 4: Roll secure with toothpicks

  • Step 5: Mix egg and milk for egg wash

  • Step 6: Season flor for dredge

  • Step 7: Dip in flour then egg wash

  • Step 8: Then crumbs

  • Step 9: Chill for a coupla hours

  • Step 10: Then deep fry until browned
