How to Make

  • Step 1: Place chocolate in a medium metal bowl. Set bowl over saucepan of simmering water;

  • Step 2: Stir until melted and smooth.

  • Step 3: Stir in butter until melted.

  • Step 4: Set aside.

  • Step 5: In another large bowl,

  • Step 6: With the mixer on high speed, beat egg whites and sugar until soft peaks form.

  • Step 7: Temper egg whites

  • Step 8: Gently fold whites into chocolate mixture.

  • Step 9: Next, fold whipped cream into whites-chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.

  • Step 10: Spoon into 8 dessert cups.

  • Step 11: Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
