Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2: Grease flour and pam spray two nine inch pans
Step 3: Cream cheese,butter and vanilla
Step 4: Alternatively beat in SIFTED powdered sugar and 1/3 cup milk
Step 5: Blend in chocolate
Step 6: Remove 2 cups of the mixture for the icing .
Step 7: Put it in the fridge for later
Step 8: Add 1/4 cup butter to remaining mixture
Step 9: Add eggs
Step 10: Sift dry ingredients together
Step 11: And add to creamed mixture alternately with 1 1/4 cup milk
Step 12: Pour into prepared pans
Step 13: Bake for 30 minutes or until done leave in pans 10 minutes
Step 14: Remove to wire racks
Step 15: Cool completely
Step 16: Pull icing out of fridge 15 minutes before frosting cake
