Step 10: To make poured noodles:
Step 11: Beat eggs in medium bowl with water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Step 12: Slowly whisk in flour to form a smooth, thin batter.
Step 13: Bring a large pot of water to boil with remaining 1 teaspoon of salt.
Step 14: Pour batter into boiling water by teaspoonfuls.
Step 15: Boil dough 2 to 3 minutes until noodles float to top.
Step 16: Drain on paper towels.
Step 17: Stir sour cream and 1 tablespoon of flour
Step 18: Together
Step 19: Temper in some hot liquid
Step 20: Pour into tomato soup.
Step 21: Continue to simmer 5 minutes.
Step 22: Serve soup warm over homemade noodles.
Step 23: Garnish with parsley
Step 24: Season to taste
