  • 1 can (15 ounces)diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup water,rinse out tomato can
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds,(20 grams)
  • 1/2 cup orange bell pepper ,roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion,chopped
  • 1 lemon, (juice of)
  • 1/4 ounce greek yogurt,1 tablespoon
  • 1/4 cup almond flakes,toasted
