Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup tomatoes,chopped,seeded
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves,packed
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In food processor

  • Step 2: Add tomatoes and garlic (can add more or less garlic depending on taste)

  • Step 3: Basil, vinegars, mustard and 1/2 cup olive oil to a food processor

  • Step 4: Blend until smooth.

  • Step 5: With the machine running

  • Step 6: Slowly pour in the remaining 1/2 cup olive oil until well blended.

  • Step 7: Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Refrigerate.

  • Step 8: Bring to room temperature before using
