Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 to 10 kg ham (one fully cooked whole or half ham, we usually use Farmer John, bone in)
  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves

How to Make

  • Step 1: In saucepan place pinapple, apple sauce, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, & Cloves. Stir over medium heat until cornstarch dissolves.

  • Step 2: Bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 minute.

  • Step 3: Place ham in a Reynolds Oven Cooking Bag. Pour sauce over ham in the bag.

  • Step 4: Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 - 3 hrs depending on weight of ham * see cooking times on oven bag box.
