  • 4 ounces whipped cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10-inch pie pan.

  • Step 2: Beat the egg and the sugar together until smooth.

  • Step 3: Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Blend well.

  • Step 4: Fold in the apples, nuts and vanilla.

  • Step 5: Pour into the prepared pie pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

  • Step 6: Remove from the oven

  • Step 7: The pudding will fall, but it's supposed to.

  • Step 8: Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
