Step 3: And wet ingredients in another bowl season both to taste
Step 4: Dip chicken in the wet bowl then dip it in the dredge coating all sides
Step 5: Place gently in hot oil
Step 6: Fry on one side until browned
Step 7: Flip and cover
Step 8: Chicken is cooked when you pierce it the juices run clear
Step 9: Take chicken out and place in a warm oven you have cooked biscuits in
Step 10: Remove the shortening from skillet leaving 3 tablespoons of grease
Step 11: Add 3 tablespoons of your dredge flour and brown then add wet ingredients
Step 12: And stir like crazy season to taste you may need more water. add if you need to
