Step 1: Heat oil in large skillet.
Step 2: Cook onion and meat until meat is browned.
Step 3: Pour off excess fat.
Step 4: Add tomato paste, salt, sage, pepper and mushrooms.
Step 5: Set aside.
Step 6: Cook noodles uncovered in rapidly boiling salted water.
Step 7: Cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain in colander.
Step 8: Add sour cream to meat mixture.
Step 9: Heat just to serving temperature.
Step 10: Toss with noodles to serve.
