Step 1: Combine warm Water & Sugar
Step 2: Add Yeast and proof 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add mixture into Mixer.
Step 4: Sift dry Ingredients
Step 5: Add remaining ingredients and mix using Dough Hook to form Dough Ball.
Step 6: Place Dough in container twice the size of Dough Ball and let rise several times, punching down dough in between rises. Divide Dough in half form balls and wrap with cellophane.
Step 7: Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 8: Roll out to desired size on CornMeal Flour, add sauce, toppings, ect…
Step 9: Bake at 450° on hot Pizza Stone for 6-8 min or desired doneness.
