Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower cooked or 2 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower (cooked)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 green onion, chopped
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°.

  • Step 2: Cut up cauliflower into bite sized pieces. I steam it at this point in the microwave. But, cook it however you like it cooked. (boiling works)

  • Step 3: *Reserve a small amount of the cheese and bacon to decorate the top of the casserole. Cut up the green onions and in a large bowl, place all ingredients, mixing well. Be sure to season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: Grease a 2 quart baking dish and pour the casserole in. Top with your reserved bacon and cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake for 20 minutes.
