Step 1: Bring 3 gallons of water to boil add salt and shell pasta and boil 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add rotini's and boil another 10-12 minutes,
Step 3: Testing to get it to al dente.
Step 4: Drain and run cold water over it until cool.
Step 5: Add remaining ingredients and thoroughly combine.
Step 6: Chill, then stir well again before serving. Makes a huge amount; cut down as desired.
