  • 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning ,(to taste)
  • 2 cups red grapes, (seedless, sliced in half)
  • 4 green onions,minced
  • 1⁄3 cup pecans ,(coarsely chopped)
  • 6 ounces gorgonzola cheese,(crumbled)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar, (to taste)(I would taste salad before adding)
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt ,to taste
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper, (to taste)

  • Step 1: Cook pasta al dente

  • Step 2: Drain

  • Step 3: Add vinegar

  • Step 4: Add oil
