  • 1 tablespoons salt
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) champagne vinaigrette
  • 12 ounces fresh parmesan cheese,grated
  • 6 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 1 can (15 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained,chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onions,chopped
  • 6 ounces black olives
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley,minced
  • 1 tablespoons fresh cilantro,minced
  • 1 tablespoons fresh basil,torn
  • 1 serrano pepper,minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare pasta as directed on the package.

  • Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon salt to boiling water

  • Step 3: Drain pasta.

  • Step 4: While pasta is still hot, stir in half of the Girards Champagne vinaigrette and add half of the parmesan cheese.

  • Step 5: Mix and let cool.

  • Step 6: Once pasta is cool, mix in the remaining ingredients and add more of the vinaigrette, if needed.

  • Step 7: Salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 8: Let pasta chill in refrigerator.
