Step 3: Make into 4 equal patties

Step 5: Chill 30 minutes to firm and meld patties
Step 6: Take out of fridge
Step 7: Season liberally
Step 8: Grill on bbq until desired doneness
Step 9: They grilled the onion slice
Step 10: So lightly brush them (onions)with oil or spray pam on them if your doing it
Step 11: Meanwhile butter buns and toast on grill
Step 12: Add tomato onion and lettuce to buger
