  • Step 1: Poach the eggs soft

  • Step 2: Toast the english muffin

  • Step 3: Then butter it

  • Step 4: Heat the sausage patties

  • Step 7: Place egg on top of patty

  • Step 8: Pour the hollandaise over the top sprinkle with chives
