  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 cup soda cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put a layer of corn in a buttered 2 quart baking dish, layer of tomatoes, layer of cheese and repeat.

  • Step 2: Sprinke cracker crumbs over top

  • Step 4: Bake for half and hour at 375°
