Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 5 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 3 habanero peppers
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rum (Jamaican rum)
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • Cilantro

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients except chicken and cilantro in a food processer and whiz until mixed

  • Step 2: Place chicken in a large bowl and pour marinade over. Marinade at least an hour preferably overnight

  • Step 3: Grill chicken to 165 pr bake in oven
