  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened, use Philadelphia cream cheese)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 can (8 ounce) crabmeat (drained, cooked crabmeat)
  • Tabasco sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Grease a medium baking dish.

  • Step 3: In a medium bowl combine the soft cream cheese with next 6 ingredients until smooth and well blended.

  • Step 4: Wash the crabmeat over with cold water, hand-squeeze out the moisture.

  • Step 5: Place onto a plate and pick out/remove all loose shells then add to the bowl with the green onion; mix to combine, then add in Tabasco sauce.

  • Step 6: Transfer to baking dish.

  • Step 7: Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until hot.

  • Step 8: Serve with crackers.
