Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 200 grams cooked prawns , peeled and deveined and cut in half down the length of the prawn
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion. finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/16 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 medium avocado, halved and pitted

  • Step 1: In a bowl combine the first 7 ingredients (prawns to paprika).

  • Step 2: Spoon onto avocado halves and serve immediately.
