Step 1: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil to the pan and swirl to coat.
Step 2: Add the onion, and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 4 minutes.
Step 3: Add the edamame; cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add the corn; cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Step 5: Transfer to a bowl; cool for 10 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, feta, dill, parsley, vinegar, salt and pepper.
