The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper,chopped
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1 can(15 ounces)black beans ,drained
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 4 ounces cooked white rice,(1/2 cup)
  • 8 ounces pepper jack cheese,shredded
  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper

  • Step 2: Drain if needed

  • Step 3: Add taco seasoning and garlic

  • Step 4: Add corn ,black beans and tomato juice

  • Step 5: Simmer 5 minutes

  • Step 6: Add rice and salsa

  • Step 7: Pour into pam sprayed casserole

  • Step 8: Layer 1/2 the cheese

  • Step 9: Place croissant on top use rest of cheese

  • Step 10: Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees

  • Step 11: Until hot and bubbly
