Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat add the broth and carrots and bring to a boil
Step 2: Stir in pasta and cook for 5-10 minutes or until tender. During the last minute or so add the chicken to heat throughly.
Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella. Laddle into bowls and serve hot sprinkled with grated Parmesan-Reggiano or on the side.
