Step 4: Set aside
Step 5: In a large bowl
Step 6: Beat cream cheese with milk until smooth.
Step 7: Blend in gelatin mixture.
Step 8: Chill in the refrigerator until partially thickened, about 30 minutes
Step 9: In a small bowl
Step 10: Mash pears until smooth.
Step 11: Fold pears and whipped topping into gelatin mixture.
Step 12: Pour into a mold.
Step 13: Chill until set, about 3 hours.
Step 14: To unmold
Step 15: Set in warm water for a minute
