Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing, can use low-fat, I do not recommend fat-free mayonnaise -- see recipe heading to reduce fat)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh-squeezed only!)
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, finely minced (1 for mild, 2 for strong flavor)
  • 1/2 cup Parmasen cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk (or half and half - depending on how thin you want the dressing)
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste, to taste
