Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 chicken breast, boneless and skinless.
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place chicken breast between wax paper or plastic wrap and gently pound to a thickness of 1/2 inch. Care not to pound them too thin.

  • Step 2: Combine olive oil and seasonings in a zip lock bag or shallow bowl. Add chicken breasts, turning each in the marindate. Place in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Step 3: Grill for 4 to 5 minutes, careful to not overcook. If no grill is available back in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 30 minutes. The internal temperature of the chicken should be 165 degrees. Can be used immediately or refrigerated for up to 3 days.
