Step 1: Mix together first eight ingredients in a large bowl. Form into large patties. Place in preheated non-stick skillet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook covered on medium-low heat for 15 minutes on each side.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice. After turning the burgers over, pour sauce over them, cover and let cook for 15 more minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
Step 3: Serve on toasted Hawaiian buns and spoon sauce over them.
