  • 3/4 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped and toasted)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced (red onion)
  • 1 bag (12 ounce) broccoli slaw (4 cups)
  • 1 apple (large 8 ounce apple, preferably Fuji or Honeycrisp, cored and cut into small bite-size pieces)
