  • 3/4 ounce whiskey (Irish whiskey)
  • 3/4 ounce liqueur (Bailey’s Irish cream)
  • 3/4 ounce liqueur (green crème de menthe)
  • 6 ounces ice cream (vanilla, 2 scoops)
  • 1/2 cup ice, crushed
  • Whipped cream (Aerosol whip cream, for garnish)
  • 1/4 ounce liqueur (green crème de menthe, for garnish)
  • FOR NON-ALCOHOL VERSION
  • 1 ounce vanilla syrup
  • 1 ounce milk
  • 1 ounce honey
  • 9 ounces vanilla ice cream (3 scoops)
  • 3 drops peppermint extract
  • 3 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • Whipping cream (Aerosol whip cream, for garnish)

  • Step 2: Add ingredients (except whip cream and creme de menthe) into blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with whipped cream with the crème de menthe drizzled on top and enjoy!
