Step 1: In a food processor blend the Oreo cookies until crumbly, doing one sleeve at a time.
Step 2: Empty the Oreo crumbs into another bowl.
Step 3: Add the cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs.
Step 4: Using the paddle on a large mixer, mix the cream cheese and Oreos until on low to medium speed until well blended. It will look like mud. :)
Step 5: Shape the Oreo mixture into small walnut size balls; about 1-inch in size.
Step 6: Place them on a cookie sheet that is lined with waxed paper.
Step 7: Put cookie sheet of oreo balls in the freezer for about 30-60 minutes.
Step 8: You can either coat them all white, or all chocolate, or a combination of half and half.
Step 9: In a double boiler or make shift double boiler, melt the chocolate. Break the bark up a little bit before melting.
Step 10: Using a tooth pick, dip the Oreo ball into the melted chocolate; gently shake excess coating off. Set dipped ball on a cookie sheet, and gently twist the tooth pick out. Continue until all the Oreo dessert balls are coated.
Step 11: You can either drizzle some melted chocolate or white bark over the balls, or leave them plain. Chill in refrigerator to set the chocolate.
