  • 1/4 cup parsley,minced
  • 1/8 cup mint,minced
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon mace
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 6 cups water
