Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (28 ounce) package frozen mini tater tots, thawed
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, finely shredded (sometimes it says fancy shred)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled down
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/8 cup chives
  • 1 tablespoon diced jalepenos (jarred)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°. Spray a muffin tin with vegetable oil. (12 total muffins.)

  • Step 2: Break each tater tot in half into a large bowl. Tater tots should be thawed.

  • Step 3: Add to the tater tots, 1 cup cheese and all the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

  • Step 4: Press mixture into the muffin tins evenly and press down firmly to compact them.

  • Step 5: Cover each muffin with the remaining cup of cheese.

  • Step 6: Bake on a cookie sheet for 30-40 minutes until browned nicely. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from muffin tins and serve hot!
