Step 1: Cook pasta, drain.
Step 2: Combine lime juice, cilantro, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl.
Step 3: In a large bowl, combine pasta and vegetables.
Step 4: Toss gently with lime dressing, chill 1 or 2 hours allowing the flavors to meld.
