Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • MEATLOAF
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 7 ounces (1 can ) tomato sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, soft
  • SAUCE
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven 350°F.

  • Step 2: Mix the meatloaf using only 1/2 the can of tomato sauce, using the rest of tomato sauce in the topping sauce.

  • Step 3: Form loaf in a pan, then mix the sauce and pour over meatloaf (rinse out the tomato sauce can with the water).

  • Step 4: Bake 60 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through, basting 3 or 4 times with the sauce while cooking.
