  • 1 can (15 ounces)dark red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (28 ounces) hominy,drained
  • 1 can (10 ounces)rotel tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese,shredded
  • Topping:
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 cup red onions,chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a skillet

  • Step 2: Fry the lean ground beef and onion.

  • Step 3: Drain off any grease.
