  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese,sliced
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1 mushroom,sliced
  • 1 tablespoons jalapeno pepper,sliced
  • 1 tablespoons onion,grated
  • 1 slice onion
  • 1 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 ounce hamburger bun

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put hamburger patty on grill

  • Step 2: Make a dimple in center of patty

  • Step 3: Sprinkle liberally with Montreal salt

  • Step 4: Flip put on cheese

  • Step 5: Meanwhile melt butter add grated onion mushrooms and jalapeno

  • Step 6: Warm

  • Step 7: Heat bun

  • Step 8: Spread mustard on top

  • Step 9: Put burger on bottom on top of onion

  • Step 10: Add cooked veggies

  • Step 11: Put on top of burger

  • Step 12: Put on lid
