Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 3/4 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 oounces Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 and prepare loaf pan by coating it well with cooking spray. (I spray the pan and then use my fingers to make sure all of the corners are well covered.)

  • Step 2: Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

  • Step 3: Mix yogurt, eggs, milk, sugar and oil.

  • Step 4: Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist.

  • Step 5: Spoon batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
