Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry egg noodles (kulski egg noodles)
  • 4 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled,chopped
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 cup green peas (frozen)
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 3 whole allspice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt ,to taste
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced (fresh)
  • 6 cups vegetable broth

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil saute onions. Add garlic, carrots, potatoes, broth, spices and noodles. Simmer 30 minutes

  • Step 2: Remove the bay leaf and allspice

  • Step 3: Add in the cheese, peas and parsley the last 5 minutes
