Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan.
Step 2: Line 2 large oven trays with non-stick baking paper.
Step 3: Combine tomato sauce, soy sauce, maple syrup and sesame oil in a large bowl and add chicken wings and turn to combine.
Step 4: Arrange wings on oven trays and bake for 30 mins and once cooked sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook for a further 10 mins, or until golden brown.
Step 5: Toss salad with dressing and serve on the side.
