Step 1: In a pot of water over medium high heat, bring the water to a boil and then add the radishes and cook for 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium high heat melt the butter and then add the par-boiled radishes and saute for 3-5 minutes or until butter is browned. Stir in the lemon rind and juice and the salt and cook for another minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and then stir in the radish leaves and pepper.
