Step 1: Melt chocolate with butter.
Step 2: Whisk cream, sugar, syrup, egg and vanilla.
Step 3: Mix flour, baking powder, salt, nuts and well-drained cherries.
Step 4: Add chocolate and butter mixture to eggs, cream, sugar and syrup.
Step 5: Pour into well of dry ingredients.
Step 6: Stir quickly.
Step 7: Spoon into muffin pans three-fourths full.
Step 8: Bake until tester comes out clean.
Step 9: Bake at 375 degrees 20-25 minutes.
