Step 1: Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Line two rimmed cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl combine the cereals and pretzels. In a small bowl combine the next six ingredients (tomato sauce -cayenne pepper) and 1 teaspoon of the Italian seasoning. Pour mixture over the cereal mixture; toss. Divide mixture between the two cookie sheets and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Step 3: Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1 teaspoons Italian seasoning and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container container for up to 3 days.
