Step 2: In a bowl beat butter with eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. until creamy. Mix in banana and sour cream or yogurt until combined.
Step 3: In a bowl combine flour with cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture; stir with a wooden spoon until just combined. Mix in nuts.
Step 4: Transfer to pan. Bake for about 1 hour or until bread tests done (baking time will depend on what size loaf pan you use).
