Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
Step 2: In a large bowl combine the cake mix, pudding mix, sugar, sour cream, eggs, oil and Kahlua. Beat until ingredients are well blended. Fold in chocolate chips (the batter will be quite thick). Transfer to bundt pan.
Step 3: Bake for about 1 hour, or until cake taste done. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out and cool completely on wire rack. Dust with powdersed sugar if desired.
