  • 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoons instant dry minced onions
  • ½ cup soda cracker crumbs,crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoons parsley,minced
  • Gravy:
  • 2 packages(2 ounces) brown gravy mix ,(1 ounce each)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 ounces) french onion soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 can (6 ounces)mushrooms, sliced,undrained

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the meat ingredients together make 8 patties

  • Step 2: Fry until browned lightly

  • Step 3: Meanwhile in bowl

  • Step 4: Mix the gravy mix ingredients together

  • Step 5: Rinse out soup can with waterand add to gravy

  • Step 6: Spray pam in 9x13 casserole

  • Step 7: Pour 1/2 the gravy mix in bottom place patties on top cover with rest of gravy mix

  • Step 8: Cover with aluminum foil

  • Step 9: Bake for 30 minutes
