We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a food processor or blender combine the first 7 ingredients (-pepper) and process until paste forms. Place the tenderloins on a cutting boarding cut each one lengthwise (you should have 6 pieces). Press each piece open and then spread the seasoning pasted over each one. Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet and let rest at room temperature for one hour or cover and refrigerate for up to one day.

  • Step 2: Prepare grill (medium high heat) and grill until thermometer reads 140 - 145 degrees F -- about 5-10 minutes per side; transfer to platter and let rest for 15 minutes. Cut pork crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices. Serve with chutney if desired.
