Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce rum (Mango Rum (such as Malibu brand. Can also add regular rum with an additional ounce of mango liqueur. Believe me it helps pump up the flavor of mango which makes all the difference)
  • 1/2 - 1 ounce grand marnier or triple sec
  • 2 ounces lime juice
  • 1 cup mango, diced (frozen)
  • 3 to 4 large ice cubes (or more depending on how "slushie" you like it, being careful not to add too much so as not to water the flavor down)
  • Kosher and fine salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Run a lime around the edge of a glass and rim with Kosher and fine salt mixed together. Set aside.

  • Step 2: In the cup of a small blender mix tequila and sugar together. Add rum, grand marnier or triple sec, lime juice, mango, and ice. Blend until smooth and fill glasses. Let the festivities begin!!!
