Step 1: Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice, and set aside.
Step 2: In a Boston shaker, muddle the strawberries and mint leaf. Add the aged rum, blood orange liqueur, pomegranate molasses, and lemon juice. Add ice and shake well.
Step 3: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into your prepped glass.
Step 4: Top with the ginger beer and soda. Add a couple of dashes of orange bitters and garnish with a sprig of mint.
