  • 3 cucumbers, chopped (peeled)
  • FOR THE DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1/4 cup parsley,minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
